Matt and Paula's Wedding - Selections by Sara Photography

On September 18, 2010 Matt and Paula were married at Custer Park in Muskegon.  I was not happy when I woke up to torrential rain and thunderstorms knowing that this was a outdoor wedding with NO backup plan!  I was driving to Muskegon with rain coming down in buckets and when I was about 10 minutes away the rain just stopped!  Whew!  We got through the whole thing without a single drop.

Baby Kinsley 3 month portraits - Selections by Sara Photography

I met with this beautiful baby girl and her parents at "The Barn" and we were able to get some great shots.  This is a very difficult age to shoot because they don't stay sleeping like a newborn and they can't sit up yet so its hard to get them posed in comfortable, natural looking position but I think we got it and they turned out great!

Baby Isabella 4 month Portraits - Selections by Sara Photography

Here are some of the great shots I took of beautiful Isabella at 4 months old.
We met up at "The Barn" on a Sunday afternoon but Isabella was not so into it that day so
we met up again the next morning at Hagar Park.  She was a very happy girl that morning and
we took some great shots at a great location. Of course I had to get her pretty mom in some of
the shots as well and these turned out to be some of my favorites! 

Elliot and Family

Earlier this month I offered to go along with another photographer to help out with some Family and Senior pictures. She is a wildlife photographer that is just getting into more portraits and wanted some assistance with posing and lighting. This family was alot of fun and Elliot the Senior boy was Mr. Personality! Enjoy!

Blog under construction

I am going to be starting fresh with my blog! One of my goals is to start blogging on a regular basis, which I must admit is very hard for me! Now that the kids are back in school I am hoping to be able to get on a somewhat regular schedule, whatever that means :) Anyway I hope to backtrack a little with blogposts so start looking for those soon!
In other exciting news, I joined the West Michigan Wedding Association. I am looking forward to networking with other vendors as well as getting my name out there for perspective brides!
